Job Description

TKC completes over a million mobile security jobs a year, and the IT and information security that sits behind them is what keeps the business running and protected. This role helps build, secure and sharpen that foundation - pairing hands-on IT engineering with a security-first mindset to keep our people, systems and data safe as we grow.

You'll join our dynamic ITOps team, delivering 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support while playing a vital role in shaping the security backbone of our business. Supporting over 200 staff across three UK offices and remote teams, you'll help lead key IT infrastructure projects and deliver innovative, security-led solutions that protect TKC from evolving cyber threats. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong IT technical background who's confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You'll bring sharp problem-solving skills, a passion for secure design, and a proactive approach to building scalable solutions that support our ambitious goals.

What You Get

  • Salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE)
  • Fulltime, permanent, and flexible working basis (ability to work from home but must have the flexibility to travel into our London Farringdon HQ up to once a week for TKC Collaboration days or as/when required)
  • Auto-enrolment into our salary sacrifice pension scheme, 24/7 confidential Employee Assistance Program, and a voluntary health cash scheme starting at £1 per week.
  • Regular TKC social events and team days
  • Opportunity to make a real difference and work alongside people who share a passion for what they do!

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
