Senior IT Engineer
Are you a hands-on IT infrastructure professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment? We’re looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to help deliver reliable, scalable technology solutions across our stores, Head Office, and warehouse operations.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in:
- Supporting business-critical infrastructure

Additional responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure issues to minimise downtime
- Participating in an on-call rota for critical incidents
- Acting as an escalation point for:
- IT Service Desk
- Engineering teams
- Supporting store lifecycle activities including openings, closures, and relocations
- Maintaining clear technical documentation
- Collaborating on process improvements
- Mentoring junior engineers
- Supporting knowledge sharing across the team
What We Are Looking for

- 5+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure support
- Strong experience supporting retail technology environments
- Knowledge of:
- SD-WAN
- Fortinet
- Switching
- Wi-Fi
- POS systems
- Experience with:
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Active Directory
- Windows Desktop support
- Windows Server support
- Exposure to:
- VMware
- Hyper-V environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL and FTP support
- Exceptional troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive mindset with:
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to continuous improvement
