We’re TIP Group – a proud Great Place to Work® – and we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of our network, telecoms, and mobility landscape - delivering solutions that keep our operations connected, resilient, and performing at their best.

Enjoy a hybrid setup: spend Monday and Tuesday at HQ, with the rest of the week working from home.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • ✔️ Manage the Telephony/VOIP and Teams meeting room solutions within TIP Group, serve as the escalation point for support, and manage business stakeholders.
  • ✔️ Assist with M&A activities, aiding in infrastructure implementation, working closely with the PMO team and the region(s), and providing onsite hyper-care if required.
  • ✔️ Manage on-site infrastructure projects such as cabling, wireless, and physical installations. Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure all locations meet TIP standards.
  • ✔️ Assist the IT Infrastructure Manager with day-to-day support and maintenance of the SDWAN network. Act as a point of support escalation for BAU tickets and outages, following business processes.
  • ✔️ Maintain and support the LAN and Wi-Fi estate, coordinating with internal and external teams where appropriate.
  • ✔️ Provide coverage for other areas of the IT team, such as EUC and Mobility, during times of holiday and sick leave to ensure business continuity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
