Senior IT Manager
The Senior IT Manager will lead and oversee the delivery and optimisation of technology solutions across the organisation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a focus on aligning IT systems with business objectives in the business services industry.

Description
- Develop and implement the IT and business systems strategy to support organisational goals.
- Manage the IT team to ensure the efficient delivery of technology services and support.
- Oversee the maintenance, upgrade, and security of all IT systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements through technology.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and data protection standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimise value for the organisation.
- Monitor the performance of IT systems and implement enhancements as needed.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on IT performance and project progress.
