About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organised, adaptable, and proactive Senior Operations Analyst to support and enhance the day-to-day operations of an important Technology department.
This pivotal position ensures the department runs efficiently and smoothly, managing core operational activities, processes, and delivery. You’ll assist leadership in focusing on strategic priorities by owning the coordination, tracking, and execution of day-to-day operations.
Collaborating closely with leadership, you’ll introduce structure, clarity, and momentum to a broad range of tasks—encompassing governance tracking, operational coordination, communication, ad hoc analyses, and process improvements.
It’s a fast-paced, hands-on role that thrives on responsibility, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality results—ideal for someone who takes pride and efficiency to heart.
Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure effective execution.
- Own and manage departmental governance, including tracking actions, risks, decisions, and ensuring follow-through.
- Introduce structure and organisation to improve operational processes and create clarity and consistency.
- Serve as the central point of coordination, ensuring work continues smoothly and meeting priorities align.
- Support leadership by handling the operational groundwork, allowing them to focus on strategic activities.
- Develop and deliver high-quality materials, including updates, presentations, and internal communications.
- Facilitate engagement and communication activities within the department.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness, enabling consistent high performance.
- Handle ad hoc tasks, such as data analysis, statistical problem-solving, and deriving insights, options, or recommendations.
