Senior IT Project Lead
Enterprise Transformation | Remote (EU) | 12-Month Contract
We're seeking a Senior IT Project Lead to lead a high-profile enterprise transformation programme for a global organisation.
This is not a technical specialist role. You'll provide leadership, structure and stakeholder alignment across a complex, multi-vendor environment to drive a strategic cost optimisation initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a complex international transformation programme focused on cost optimisation across a global IT Estate
- Drive project ownership, governance and delivery
- Align senior business and IT stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and decision-making
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners
- Build and maintain project roadmaps and delivery plans

Must-Have Experience
- Extensive experience leading complex IT or business transformation programmes
- Outstanding stakeholder management across senior business and technical teams
- Enterprise cost optimisation or transformation programmes
- Strong facilitation, communication and organisational skills
- Experience working in multi-stakeholder, multi-vendor environments
- Proven ability to bring structure and drive delivery in complex organisations
- Fluent English
Nice to Have
- SaaS, Software Asset Management or ServiceNow exposure
- Experience within regulated industries (Life Sciences, Pharma, Healthcare)
