About The Role

The Fruition Group is seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join its dynamic team in Leeds. This role is pivotal in driving the company’s growth within the IT recruitment sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing high-quality IT candidates, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing expert guidance throughout the recruitment process. You will play a key role in identifying talent, managing client expectations, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in tech recruitment, with at least 3 years of experience in sourcing IT professionals across various disciplines. Strong understanding of the technology landscape, including programming languages, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation trends, is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build rapport with clients and candidates. A proactive and self-motivated approach, combined with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, is crucial. Candidates should also be familiar with modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems, and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and attract top IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Conduct detailed candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate shortlisting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Utilize advanced recruitment technologies and tools to streamline sourcing and hiring processes.
  • Provide market insights and industry updates to clients and candidates to enhance their understanding of current trends.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared targets and contribute to the overall growth of the firm.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions within the company’s CRM system.
