Senior IT Support Engineer
Senior IT Support Engineer (2nd/3rd Line)
Location: Belfast City Centre Contract Type: Permanent Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
We're recruiting for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join a growing IT team in Belfast. This is a hands-on role supporting infrastructure, business applications, and end users, while also contributing to IT projects and system improvements across the business.

Responsibilities
- Act as an escalation point for complex IT issues.
- Support and maintain Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and server environments.
- Assist with IT projects, upgrades, deployments, and system migrations.
- Work closely with local users, business stakeholders, and global IT teams.
- Provide hands-on support including:
- Hardware installations
- Network cabling
- User administration
- Technology rollouts.
- Travel to European sites on occasion to support project and operational requirements.
