About the Role
Texaport is looking for a Senior IT Transformation Consultant to join our Professional Services team to deliver transformative technology change for our enterprise‑scale, global clients. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and technical strategist, guiding multinational organisations through complex modernisation programmes, digital transformation initiatives, and long‑term IT maturity uplift.
You will work across diverse sectors, geographies, and technology environments, helping clients evolve their IT estate into a secure, scalable, efficient, and future‑ready platform that enables true business growth.
Technology Strategy & Future‑State Roadmapping
- Define global IT strategies covering cloud adoption, licensing optimisation, infrastructure redesign, connectivity improvements, and security controls.
- Develop clear, actionable roadmaps for multi‑region organisations transitioning toward modern, resilient, and scalable technology platforms.
- Advise executive stakeholders on best‑practice architectures and long‑term IT direction.
Digital Transformation Delivery
- Identify where digital tools, automation, and modern platforms can streamline operations and reduce global IT costs.
- Design transformation initiatives that maximise performance and help clients get more from their existing technology.
- Lead delivery of transformation programmes across multiple business units and regions.

Process Improvement & Organisational Change
- Perform in‑depth audits of global IT estates, identifying inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Redesign processes, workflows, and governance models to improve productivity and reduce friction across distributed teams.
- Support change adoption, ensuring staff across varied geographies understand and embrace new systems and ways of working.
Capability Uplift & Team Augmentation
- Strengthen client IT teams by closing skill gaps, mentoring teams, and embedding best practice.
- Provide senior-level expertise during periods of rapid change or strategic project delivery.
- Help clients build long‑term internal capability and operational maturity.
Cybersecurity, Compliance & Governance
- Conduct assessments of cybersecurity posture across global systems, networks, and user environments.
- Recommend improvements aligned with international security standards and regulatory obligations.
- Support clients preparing for audits, certifications, and compliance reviews.
This Role Is Ideal For You If You Have:
- Experience working for an MSP, consulting partner, or global systems integrator
- Strong expertise across cloud, infrastructure, networking, modern workplace, and cybersecurity
- A proven track record delivering IT transformation at enterprise scale
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Confidence operating across multiple geographies and cultures
- A passion for enabling organisations to modernise, scale, and secure their IT landscape
