What You’ll Bring To The Table
We are looking for a Senior Java Engineer with the following qualifications:
- Proven development experience as a Lead Engineer in a commercial team, with an expert level of knowledge in Java and Javascript, plus extensive experience with tools and frameworks across the full tech stack.
- Commercial experience with agile methodologies.
- The ability to align technical decisions with clients’ wider business concerns and manage stakeholders’ expectations.
- Expertise in architecture, DevOps, performance, or security, and deep understanding/ownership of best practices (e.g. TDD, SOLID, XP).
- Comfortable mentoring junior engineers and supporting Squad Leads, providing technical guidance as the most senior engineer.
- CI/CD practice knowledge with hands-on experience in deployments.
- Ability to create effective documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.
