Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Java development, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting REST APIs for enterprise-scale platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native backend development.
- Experience building event-driven systems and distributed applications using Kafka.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, automated testing frameworks, CI/CD practices, and secure coding principles.
- Experience working on complex, enterprise-scale platforms with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Familiarity with Git or equivalent version control systems, API testing tools, and configuration formats such as JSON, YAML, or XML.

Preferred Experience
- Banking or financial services domain experience, preferably within lending, loans, or credit platforms.
- Experience working in highly regulated environments with a strong focus on compliance, security, and governance.
- Experience designing and supporting high-volume transactional applications.
- Exposure to observability, monitoring, logging, and production support practices.
