Company Description

Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money.

Min fees. Max ease. Full speed.

Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.

As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money.

For everyone, everywhere.

More about our mission and what we offer.

Job Description

Every day, Wise engineers deploy thousands of changes across hundreds of services. The Continuous Delivery team builds the platform that helps them do this safely, without turning delivery controls into a bottleneck.

That challenge is becoming more important as AI-assisted development increases the volume and speed of software changes. We need to maintain strong safety and reliability standards while adapting our delivery platform to code and configuration increasingly produced with AI tools and agents.

About the role

You’ll join the team responsible for Wise’s Continuous Delivery platform. You’ll work primarily in Java & Go, extending Spinnaker and building the services and integrations around it.

This is a hands-on engineering role with scope to influence the platform’s technical direction. You’ll take problems from discovery and design through to implementation and operation, working with teams across Platform Engineering and the wider company.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys distributed systems, shared infrastructure, and problems where a seemingly small design decision can affect hundreds of services. You should be comfortable using deployment data, reliability metrics, and engineer feedback to decide where the team should invest.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
