Senior Key Account Manager
Are you driven by building meaningful customer partnerships that deliver real commercial impact? Do you want to take ownership of key accounts while helping shape best practices and elevate the team around you? Famly is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to drive retention, growth, and deep partnerships across our UK enterprise accounts.
About the Role
As a Senior Key Account Manager at Famly, you will operate at the highest level of strategic account ownership. You will take the lead on our largest and most complex partnerships, as well as mentor and support the development of other Key Account Managers (KAMs).
You are a solutions-focused, positive team player—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, skilfully navigating opportunities to accelerate commercial growth and deepen customer love.
You’re not just a relationship manager; you’re a driving force for team excellence and customer-centric innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead our most complex and valuable accounts with an executive-level approach, building deep, multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Design and deliver long-term account strategies that drive expansion, retention, and alignment with business goals.
- Identify and execute significant upsell opportunities through deep commercial and consultative collaboration.
- Enable other KAMs by supporting onboarding, conducting peer reviews, and fostering skill development.
- Become the voice of the customer within Product, Sales, and Customer Experience (CX) teams, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Own forecasting and portfolio reporting for leadership, providing clarity on growth, risks, and outcomes.
What You Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar Key Account Management (KAM) role.
- Executive-level communication and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- A positive, solutions-focused mindset that turns challenges into opportunities for growth.
- Proven commercial sharpness with an ability to own outcomes.
- Strategic and creative thinking that aligns customer objectives with Famly’s business goals.
- Maturity and confidence under pressure during high-stakes negotiations and escalations.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis to drive insights.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
