All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: MARKETING WIZ In this position you’ll explore the marketing of some of the world’s leading brands. As a marketing champion, you’ll consult with prospective brand partners, discovering their challenges and objectives to enable you to develop compelling and mutually beneficial partnership initiatives. COMMERCIAL WIZ With a commercial mind, you’ll be responsible for driving global business development efforts for the full portfolio of Red Bull assets across Sports, Culture, Brand and Media delivering against individual and team revenue targets. Focusing on an agreed range of categories and clients, you’ll manage the end-to-end sales process from initial market analysis, client approach, proposal and pricing, final negotiations contracting of partnership agreements and last but not least managing delivery of the deal in a very dynamic environment. NUMBERS, NUMBERS, NUMBERS You won’t shy away from numbers, being comfortable in using data and insights to construct compelling sales stories that make all the difference. In addition, you'll take care of the management of a CRM database and provide data for reporting. Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 3+ years’ work experience in international marketing or commercial partnerships People management experience University degree in Marketing or a similar subject Fluency in English. German and other languages is a plus Outstanding expertise in and understanding of the broad Marketing, including Sports, Culture, and Technology Demonstrable track record in securing successful brand partnerships. Demonstrable track record in developing marketing assets (events, content) Excellent interpersonal, analytical, conceptual, and creative capabilities Dynamic and energetic approach to work, with strong communication and negotiating skills Outgoing personality who thrives on cooperative thinking Broad network of brand contacts at global decision-maker level Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 3.838 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
