Are you passionate about building strong business relationships and creating growth opportunities? Do you possess a proactive approach and the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively? Would you like to be part of an international team working on innovative solutions within the workwear industry?

Your role as a Senior Key Account Manager

You will drive sales growth by developing key relationships with distributors and identifying end-user sales opportunities while promoting MASCOT’s added-value services and solutions.

A glimpse of your future Role

In this position, you will work closely with the UK Sales team, distributors, and senior management to develop strategic business plans for key accounts. Through your initiative and expertise, you will manage a sales pipeline, plan your activities efficiently, and collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets. You will also play an integral role in product presentations, representing MASCOT at trade exhibitions and maximizing opportunities for MASCOT products and our added value service offer.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a successful medium- and long-term sales pipeline across key accounts within organisations of 500+ employees.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
  • Plan and execute product presentations.
  • Represent MASCOT at exhibitions.
