Location:

You’ll be joining our Stockport Head office, a vibrant hub featuring 18 showrooms, a dedicated Conference Centre and a staff Wellness Hub. You’ll have access to a state-of-the-art gym equipped with Peloton bikes and every piece of kit you could imagine. Plus, an indoor astroturf pitch, a padel court, chat boxes and inspiring creative spaces. Our Stockport team consists of over 350 adidas employees, working across Brand Marketing, Commercial and Business support functions.

What You’ll Do

The difference you will make:

As a Senior Key Account Manager, you'll play a key role in managing one of adidas' most strategically important fashion retail partnerships. You'll be responsible for driving sustainable growth, profitability and market share across Footwear, Apparel and Accessories, whilst helping shape and execute the long-term commercial strategy for the account.

Working closely with senior commercial leaders, you'll act as a key point of contact for a high-profile fashion partner, building strong external relationships whilst collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Planning. Success in this role means identifying opportunities for growth, influencing stakeholders at all levels and helping adidas strengthen its position within the UK fashion marketplace.

A Day In The Life

  • Manage a key area of one of adidas' most strategically important fashion retail partnerships, driving sustainable growth, profitability and market share.
  • Develop and execute account strategies, business plans and seasonal growth initiatives aligned to both adidas and customer objectives.
  • Analyse sales performance, forecasting, profitability and market trends to identify opportunities and support data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Planning and Customer Service to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Build trusted relationships with external stakeholders whilst acting as an ambassador for your account across the wider adidas business.

  • A strong passion for our brand and products is essential.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex retail or wholesale accounts, with ownership of commercial performance, profitability and growth.
  • A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and shape long-term commercial plans.
  • Strong understanding of the fashion retail landscape, product cycles and consumer trends.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience building relationships across both external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical capability, using data, forecasting and commercial insights to drive decision-making and performance.
