The Role
This strategic leadership role will see you shaping the future of legal knowledge and innovation across a growing national practice. You will:
- Lead and develop a team of PSLs
- Oversee the creation of high-quality legal content
- Deliver engaging training to clients and colleagues
- Champion the use of legal technology and automation
- Ensure lawyers remain at the forefront of legal developments
Working closely with Partners, innovation specialists, and knowledge professionals, you will play a critical role in enhancing efficiency, supporting business development, and maintaining the firm's reputation as a market leader.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 8 years PQE and significant expertise in Employment Law, with additional Immigration Law experience being advantageous. You may already be an established Professional Support Lawyer with leadership experience or a senior Employment lawyer looking to transition into a knowledge-focused role.

The successful candidate will have:
- Exceptional technical ability
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commercial awareness

Experience managing knowledge resources, delivering training, and leading teams will be highly beneficial.
