Senior Land Manager
Location: East Midlands (Hybrid) Salary: Up to £90,000 + market-leading land bonus (OTE circa £100k)

This isn’t a desk-based role. You’ll be out in the market, building relationships, identifying prime land sites, and executing deals—your skills will make an immediate, visible impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Spot and secure strategic land and partnership opportunities.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations and close critical deals.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape and refine strategic land acquisition plans.
- Build a strong, deliverable pipeline that maximises regional growth potential.
