Heriot Brown is partnering with a highly entrepreneurial energy trading business looking to appoint a senior lawyer to support both its established commodities trading activities and a rapidly expanding investment platform.
The role combines work across:
- Physical commodities trading
- Strategic investments and principal transactions
- Fund and SPV structures
- Joint ventures and co-investments
- Corporate transactions
- Financial services and commodities regulation
