The company

S&H are exclusively partnering with a leading mobile network who are expanding rapidly across Europe.


The role

The business is seeking a high quality senior commercial lawyer to join its in-house team on a 12 month FTC, supporting the General Counsel. This is an interesting and varied position.

  • Managing day-to-day legal queries and advising on a variety of legal issues facing the UK business.
  • Drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts for suppliers, agencies and software, consumer contracts, marketing law (terms and conditions, promotions and advertising campaigns.
  • Technology projects
  • Stakeholder management
  • Advising on high level consumer complaints
  • Instructing and managing external lawyers
  • Creating template documents and processes as necessary
  • Training and development for internal clients
  • Compliance and regulatory oversight and guidance – OFCOM, ICO

About you

  • Significant commercial legal experience
  • Strong academics
  • In-house experience essential either gained on secondment or working in-house permanently.
  • Law firm trained
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • PQE bracket is 8 years and above. This is a guide only.
