  • Lead end-to-end IBM MQ upgrade and migration activities across production and non-production environments.
  • Strong experience with IBM MQ administration, installation, clustering, queue manager configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Plan and execute upgrade, rollback, HA/DR validation, and performance tuning with minimal business disruption.
  • Work closely with application, infrastructure, and middleware teams to assess dependencies and ensure successful implementation.
  • Provide technical leadership, govern best practices, and support post-upgrade stabilization in complex enterprise environments.
