Job title - Senior Lead Creative – AI Platform Client (Creative Direction, Figma, GenAI)

Location - Central London
Salary - Depending on Experience
Full-time contract/hybrid working model

Job Description

We're a global growth agency operating at the intersection of technology and marketing — combining data, creative, and paid media to solve ambitious brands' toughest problems. This role sits within our Marketing & Technology practice in London (hybrid, 2 days/week in-office), working across social, influencer, TTL campaigns, augmented reality, AI and innovation for a market-leading roster of clients.

The Role

We're hiring a Senior Lead Creative for a major AI Platform client. The work ranges from fast-turnaround BAU creative to in-person creative sprints and full multi-market productions — so you'll need broad creative range and the confidence to deliver an excellent response to whatever brief lands. You'll lead a wider team of creatives, designers and producers, present to senior UK/US stakeholders regularly, and help shape how AI-native creative gets made.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
