Overview
We are a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team of over 80 creatives—including UX/UI designers, graphic designers, animators, visualisers, real-time and web developers—working globally. By uniting talented, innovative, and passionate minds, we redefine how our clients communicate, connect, and engage with their projects.
Join our in-house agency to work on exhilarating, diverse projects while making a meaningful impact. The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative development and project execution from concept through final delivery across multi-channel projects
- Collaborate closely with the Principal Creative to align work with the broader creative vision and strategy
- Mentor junior designers and team members, fostering a collaborative and creative culture
- Present ideas confidently to internal stakeholders, explaining design rationale and intent
- Guide project teams in creative direction and approach
- Oversee design resources across technical disciplines, ensuring best practices are followed
- Engage with clients to deliver exceptional design and technical support
- Review project scopes to ensure value and quality for clients
- Challenge and select project teams, prioritising design-led outcomes
- Get hands-on with mixed-discipline projects, offering creative guidance, and adapting quickly
- Communicate with Company Directors and Technical Leads to inform business decisions
- Develop future work pipelines by identifying opportunities and maximising potential

About You
Experience & Skills
✔ Passionate about design and digital technology, with an unyielding eye for detail and dedication to quality work
✔ Proven experience in large-scale, mixed-discipline projects
✔ Proficient in creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
- Desirable: Experience in UX/UI design
✔ Thrives under pressure, balancing speed with precision
✔ Team player—able to build strong client relationships through:

- Reactive critical thinking
✔ Strategic creativeThinker—a visual storyteller with a refined design aesthetic
