Senior Lead Creative
Senior Creative Director – Creative Lead (Design-led)
Overview
We are a multi-discipline, talented team of over 80 people—comprising UX/UI designers, graphic designers, animators, visualisers, real-time and web developers—spread across the globe. By harnessing innovative and creative talent, we transform the way our clients communicate, connect, and engage with their projects.
People join our in-house agency to work on challenging, cross-disciplinary projects while making a positive impact on the world. We’re looking for a creative leader—someone who drives ideas, critical thinking, and enthusiasm, guiding the team to deliver fresh, exciting work.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, open, and progressive environment, accessing global projects spanning print, events, web, virtual reality, 3D, and motion. As a natural leader, you’ll inspire the team, champion strategy, and excel in creative vision and client communication. We seek candidates with a strong portfolio showcasing their passion for design and a proven track record in delivering ingenious outcomes across creative disciplines.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and oversee the creative development and execution of multi-channel projects from concept to final delivery
- Collaborate closely with the Principal Creative Director to align work with broader creative vision and strategy
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and team members, fostering a collaborative and dynamic environment
- Present creative concepts and executions to internal stakeholders while articulating design rationale effectively
- Creatively steer project teams on approach and direction, ensuring design-led outcomes
- Manage design resources across technical projects, promoting best practices
- Engage with new and existing clients to maintain high-level design and technical support
- Review scoping documents to ensure clients receive value-driven, high-quality work
- Select and challenge project teams, prioritising signature creative input
- Your hands-on expertise will be vital across mixed-discipline projects, offering guidance in execution and strategic decisions
- Regularly communicate with Company Directors and Technical Leads to inform business strategy

Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
- Drive strategic creative direction for client projects, ensuring they align with commercial goals while maintaining design excellence
- Mentor junior creatives, helping them grow professionally while reinforcing design principles
- Ensure projects are innovative, technically robust, and client-focused
- Track resourcing needs to efficiently allocate creative and technical teams
- Proactively identify business opportunities through client interactions and market trends
About You
Skills & Experience
We’re seeking a high-energy creative leader with:
- A passion for design and digital technology, coupled with an acute attention to detail and a drive for superior workmanship
- Proven experience leading large-scale, mixed-discipline projects, delivering seamless cohesion across disciplines
- Proficiency in creative software tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (other design tools a plus)
- The ability to work under pressure, thrive in fast-paced environments, and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Desirable: UX/UI design experience, augmenting traditional creative roles

- Strong thought leadership, boundless creativity, and proactive problem-solving
- A refined conceptual thinker and visual storyteller with an authoritative design sensibility
- Advanced expertise in branding, layout, typography, and digital design
