In short
The Senior Lead, Digital Product Manager role will report to the Director Digital Product for E-merchandising Platform within the Commercial Platforms product team. You will lead the technical evolution of the platform powering search, personalization, and product recommendations across our web and app surfaces. By treating internal consumer-facing teams as our customers and successfully integrating solutions, you will transform our digital storefront infrastructure into an asset that drives global commercial growth.
Your mission
Platform Vision
Drive the roadmap for an extensible, API-first e-merchandising platform enabling real-time personalization, advanced search, and recommendation capabilities
SaaS & Vendor Management
Act as the technical and strategic lead for third-party e-commerce SaaS vendor integrations - evaluating capabilities and designing clean integration patterns
Systems Thinking
Design composable platform capabilities, ensuring upstream platform modifications and data schemas cascade seamlessly across down-stream consumer experiences
Technical Enablement
Turn complex business requirements into technical PRDs, architecting solutions using APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems

Stakeholder management
Treat internal engineering and consumer product teams as your primary customers, ensuring platform tools, documentation, and APIs are intuitive and robust
Trade-offs
Clearly communicate technical risks, scalability, implementation costs, and timelines to negotiate priority lines with both engineering and business stakeholders
Your story
You have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a platform or infrastructure Product Manager, specifically building tools, APIs, and capabilities for internal teams rather than end-users directly
You are comfortable navigating complex system architectures (APIs, microservices, event-driven networks) and familiarity working directly with Engineering teams to define architecture
You have exceptional communication skills with a knack for bridging the gap and building consensus between technical engineering teams and commercial stakeholders
You have a proven ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and finite engineering capacity, with comfort defining the path forward
You have a strong understanding of e-commerce systems, particularly the mechanics of search, personalization, pricing, or recommendation engines
You have hands-on experience evaluating, integrating, and managing external e-commerce or technical SaaS vendors, with the ability to translate between vendor requirements and internal needs
