Senior Lead, GOC Talent Acquisition Operations The Senior Lead in Global Operations Centres (GOC) Talent Acquisition Operations is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, standardization, and efficiency across regional GOC Talent Acquisition (TA) teams. This role centralizes and elevates TA processes, technology, data, and vendor management across India, Malaysia, LATAM (Colombia & Mexico), and Poland while operating within a high-growth, client-focused environment.
This role does not hold direct line management responsibilities. Instead, it drives accountability through:
- Strategic influence
- Expert guidance
- Strong collaboration with regionals
- Change management principles
Empowers regional TA leaders and teams to achieve best-in-class results, ensuring operations are scalable, compliant, cost-effective, and consistently deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences while building diverse and inclusive teams.
Skills and Experience
Global TA Operations Strategy & Standardization
- Develop and execute global TA Operations strategy, aligned with Global TA and GOC business objectives.
- Lead standardization and optimization of:
- TA processes
- Policies
- Workflows across India, Malaysia, LATAM, Poland
- Establish and champion global best practices in:
- Sourcing
- Interviewing
- Assessment
- Offer management
- Onboarding hand-off
- Strong focus on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across talent acquisition lifecycle

Technology & Systems Optimization
- Act as the product advocate for the TA technology stack within GOC, including:
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Greenhouse
- Candidate Relationship Management (CRM)
- Licences
- Assessment tools
- Scheduling platforms
- Identify, evaluate, recommend, and lead implementation of new TA technologies or enhancements to existing ones.
- Optimize user experience (UX) and return on investment (ROI) of TA technologies.
- Ensure seamless integration within company tech ecosystem.
- Foster enthusiasm around automating systems and streamlining workflows.
- Optimal system utilisation, training, user support, and process audits
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Design, implement, and maintain global TA metrics, KPIs, and dashboards for GOC operations.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to:
- Talent Acquisition Experts
- Regional TA leaders
- GOC leadership
- Hiring Managers (HMs)
- Client Leads
- Oversee integrity and accuracy of TA data across regions.
Vendor Management
- Manage global relationships with TA vendors (e.g., job boards, assessment providers, background check services) across GOC.
- Analyze vendor performance and ensure cost-effective utilization.
- Work closely with the Global Central Talent Operations team.
Capability Building & Enablement
- Engage, inspire, and develop Operations, Program, and Project Management specialists, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across GOC TA function.
- Improve global capability, nurture culture of continuous learning, and facilitate knowledge sharing/collaboration.
- Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and resources to:
- Upskill regional TA teams in operational excellence, system proficiency, and process adherence.
- Act as SME and trusted advisor to regional TA leads for:
- Operational challenges/opportunities
- Employer branding best practices
- Culturally resonant market-specific content
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all GOC TA operations adhere to:
- Global & local legal requirements
- Data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, local equivalents)
- Internal corporate policies
- Maintain data integrity through regular audits and SOX compliance where applicable.
- Develop/maintain global operational guidelines and playbooks.

Project Management & Change Leadership
- Lead cross-regional projects to improve TA operational efficiency/effectiveness within GOC.
- Champion change management efforts for:
- New processes, tools, strategies implementations
- Launching/system implementations requiring robust change communication.
