About the Role
Senior & Lead Product Engineers are needed to join a high-performance team building reliable infrastructure for AI systems across research and healthcare.

Who We’re Looking For
- 4–6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong production-grade Python (experience with Django, FastAPI, PostgreSQL)
- Scalable backend architecture (APIs, workflows, systems resilience)
- Ownership mindset (comfort with ambiguity and end-to-end product impact)
- Lightweight startup or scale-up experience preferred
- Collaborative and articulate communicator
- Product mindset (thinking holistically beyond pure engineering)

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Design and own backend services using Django/FastAPI 🔹 Build scalable APIs and workflows that underpin global trustworthy AI systems 🔹 Enhance performance, reliability, and developer experience 🔹 Collaborate with Product & Design teams to shape impactful features 🔹 Utilise TypeScript experience where applicable (Vue.js integrations) 🔹 Help evolve engineering standards as the team expands 🔹 Maintain a balance between speed, scalability, and maintainability
Technical Stack
- Primary: Python (Django, FastAPI), PostgreSQL
- Frontend/Collaborative: TypeScript (Vue.js)
- Infrastructure: AWS (cloud integration, scaling, deployment)
- DevOps: Modern CI/CD pipelines
