Senior & Lead Product Engineers - Python Focused

"Building Human Intelligence > AI Infrastructure" Remote (UK) | £80k–£130k base, Bonus + Equity | Django, FastAPI, AWS, JavaScript

The Company: Why This Matters

AI systems are only as reliable as the data and feedback loops behind them. We partner with a profitably growing technology company that develops infrastructure for trustworthy AI platforms. Their solution is widely used globally across research, healthcare, and enterprise, where accuracy, integrity, and real-world impact are critical.

After a decade of success, the company is rapidly scaling due to surging demand in AI. With a strong product-market fit and ambitious growth planned, they’re investing in senior engineering leaders to shape the next evolution of their platform.

The Role

Join a high-performance, product-driven engineering team—small but impactful—collaborating to build high-scale backend systems that form the core of their AI platform.

This is a backend-centred (Python ≈70%) role with direct influence over system design, architecture, and product direction. Expect ownership over delivery, scalability, and maintainability, alongside opportunities to contribute to a trusted infrastructure powering global AI applications.

Key focus: Balancing speed, reliability, and long-term quality while shaping a platform that impacts how real-world AI systems perform.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
