THE GOAL
To support its strong growth, the Executive board are looking for a Senior Leadership PA & Office Manager. The aim of this role is to manage the Old Street office and to provide day to day administration support to C-level executives such as the CEO and the Executive team – Senior Leadership Team.
The position is full-time and based in our London office.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
- Department: People and Culture
- Reporting to: Chief HR Officer
- Direct reports: None
Working with (internal and external relationships)
WHAT THEY DO:
- Office management including provisioning, mail, health and safety and event management
- Collation and creation of company communications such as the Company newsletter and departmental communications
- Travel and expenses administration and management for the senior team
- Senior team diary management and resolving issues with conflicting schedules
- Prepare internal and external meetings: sourcing venues, provisioning, gathering inputs from participants, agenda, confirming presence, writing minutes and actions
- Board meetings coordination and liaison with directors on all meetings
- Manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Plan and organise events
- Creating presentation decks
- Project Management of All Hands event and logistics organisation
- Management and administration of the Isshoni (instant rewards) platform and Kelly Loves scheme
- HR admin assistance
- Ad hoc requests from CEO and Executive team

WHO THEY ARE
- Previous experience in a Personal Assistant and office manager role, including reporting to high-level Directors.
- IT literate.
- Fluent in English.
- You are autonomous, decision maker, able to work independently with little guidance and result oriented, fully dedicated and committed to great performance.
- Genuine interest in other cultures, great communication and listening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and being adaptable.
- Ability to have fun whilst maintaining a professional outlook.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in event management (leading the organisation of our company AllHands event abroad for approx. 240 people).
- Flexible and adaptable to change, able to handle last‑minute requests and shifting priorities with composure and efficiency.
- Project-management capability, including coordinating cross-functional initiatives, supporting operational improvements, and managing administrative programmes that enhance employee engagement and internal processes.
- AI Competency: Experience using AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance productivity, efficiency, decision-making, and problem-solving in the workplace. We are seeking individuals who embrace AI as a core business capability, use it responsibly to drive innovation and performance, and proactively apply emerging technologies to improve ways of working.
