THE TEAM
Learning and Leadership sits within the People Experience Team, which forms part of easyJet’s People Team. It acts as a centre of excellence, working closely with HRBPs, Recruitment, Reward, HR Process Improvement and Senior Leaders across all parts of easyJet.
Reporting into the Head of Learning and Leadership, you will lead the Learning and Leadership agenda to further develop and build the right skills and capabilities in our people to set our business up for success as part of our recovery plan.
THE ROLE
- Deliver and embed easyJet's Leadership Development Framework - translating Clarity, Courage and Connection into meaningful, measurable development experiences for leaders.
- Build and deliver easyJet's AI and digital fluency learning agenda - assessing current gaps and designing a long-term plan that prepares our people for how work is changing.
- Partner with the Head of Learning and Leadership to rebuild and evolve the learning ecosystem — moving from a programme-led model to an integrated, insight-driven approach that connects learning directly to business performance, AI and learning in the flow of work.
- Work closely with HRBPs and senior leaders to translate business strategy into capability and learning priorities - identifying the skills and behaviours needed now and in the future, and designing interventions that drive measurable change.
- Design and deliver high-performance leadership development programmes - experiential learning that shifts mindset and behaviour.
- Use data and insight to evaluate the impact of learning - building the evidence base that connects capability investment to engagement, performance and retention outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on leadership and capability - bringing external thinking, commercial awareness and a point of view.
- Work alongside L+D partner to deliver easyJet's approach to manager capability - from first-time manager through to senior leader.
- Stay close to the external landscape - bringing in best practice around learning and leadership development and AI in learning and organisational capability to ensure easyJet's approach remains relevant and forward-looking.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- A commercially minded and forward-thinking Learning & Leadership professional with significant experience in leadership development, organisational capability and learning strategy.
- Proven ability to translate business priorities into impactful learning and capability solutions that drive measurable performance, engagement and retention outcomes.
- Experience designing and delivering high-quality leadership and management development programmes across face-to-face, virtual and hybrid environments.
- Strong understanding of AI, digital fluency and future skills, with the ability to shape learning strategies that prepare colleagues and leaders for the changing world of work.
- An excellent communicator with outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills, capable of building trusted relationships with senior leaders and HR partners.
- A strategic and critical thinker with strong commercial acumen, able to align learning priorities with organisational goals and business performance.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to use data and insight to evaluate impact, demonstrate value and inform continuous improvement.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep knowledge of learning and development best practice, with a passion for bringing external thinking, innovation and fresh perspectives into the organisation.
- A collaborative, proactive and pragmatic individual with a positive, can-do attitude and a focus on making learning simple, impactful and accessible.
- Experience of psychometric assessments, Totara LMS, Workday Performance, Adobe Articulate, apprenticeship levy and standards, and talent management and development processes would be advantageous.

PRACTICALITIES
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
