Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Learning and Skills Consultant to join our growing Digital Change & Adoption team. In this role, you will design learning solutions that enable FSP’s clients to successfully adopt change through building organisational capability. Your exceptional skills in learning needs analysis and strategy design will contribute to successful outcomes across a range of projects including:

  • AI adoption
  • Embedding cyber security culture
  • Adoption of M365 and bespoke applications

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of high-impact learning programmes on M365, related technologies, and other skills (e.g. interpersonal, digital), shaping solutions that support complex, large-scale change.
  • Conduct strategic, insight-driven learning needs analysis to develop tailored learning strategies that align with business priorities and diverse learner needs.
  • Provide expert consultancy, advising senior stakeholders on best-practice learning methodologies, digital tools, and approaches that drive behaviour change and culture shift.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships, establishing credibility at executive level and influencing decision-making through clear evaluation of learning impact.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated learning solutions, navigating complex stakeholder environments and identifying business development opportunities.

About You

Core Requirements

  • L&D qualification or advanced capability in:
    • Learning needs analysis
    • Solution design
    • Impact evaluation, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals
  • Proven expertise delivering:
    • M365, technology, and behavioural skills training
    • Training across sectors, including large-scale transformation programmes
  • Skilled in influencing senior stakeholders and executive sponsors, shaping decisions through clear insight and evidence
  • Demonstrated ability to shape and execute learning strategies fostering:
    • Organisational culture change
    • Digital transformation
  • Confident in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, leading teams and delivering at pace
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and deliver training to diverse stakeholders, including senior roles
