Empowering enterprise sales enablement through strategic learning and development

As a Senior Learning & Development Consultant, this role supports enterprise‑level sales teams and strategy, requiring proven experience in driving improved sales capability and outcomes. You will work autonomously across competing priorities, balancing tactical and strategic delivery while flexing between individual contribution and leveraging internal or external support. This role sits within a high‑growth, culture‑driven business with strong senior leadership sponsorship and a workforce highly engaged in development.

Partnering with senior sales stakeholders to understand capability needs, business priorities, and performance goals, taking a consultative approach to uncover root causes and manage expectations Designing, delivering, and owning learning solutions end‑to‑end, from concept through to measurable business impact, using modern learning approaches aligned to 70/20/10 Building clear business cases for learning investment, articulating desired outcomes, ROI/ROE, timelines, and providing impact and improvement reporting to support continuous improvement Delivering high‑impact coaching and facilitation across 1‑to‑1 and group settings, virtually and face‑to‑face, while flexing between direct delivery and internal or external support Managing learning partners through QBRs, sourcing and onboarding new partners where required, ensuring effectiveness, value for money, and impact Contributing to and leading strategic business projects, representing L&D to deliver agreed outcomes while balancing competing priorities and stakeholder demands

We'd love you to have

Experience enabling or working alongside enterprise sales teams, with the ability to design learning that supports performance and growth is desirable Proven experience delivering impactful learning solutions and partnering with senior stakeholders to align development with business priorities Confident working autonomously across multiple priorities, balancing strategic thinking with strong delivery Strong understanding of modern learning design, with the ability to measure impact and use data to drive continuous improvement A collaborative, growth‑minded team player with excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable delivering learning virtually and in person, with flexibility to travel within the UK
