In this highly visible regional role, you'll help identify training needs, drive learning initiatives, support compliance readiness, and ensure our sites have the tools, processes, and capabilities to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Partner with stakeholders across EMEA to identify learning and capability development needs.
- Align regional learning needs to global programs.
- Drive regional learning initiatives, training standardization, and best-practice sharing.
- Support Learning Professionals and site leaders in enabling the delivery of effective GMP and compliance training.
- Analyze training metrics and identify opportunities to improve learning effectiveness and reduce risk.
- Act as a regional subject matter expert for learning systems, tools, processes, and programs.
- Deliver trainer qualification programs, onboarding, and learning workshops across the region.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing training or learning programs across multiple countries or locations.
- Successful experience in training development in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, consulting and facilitation skills.
- Ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships across different cultures and levels of an organization.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using learning technologies and data to drive decisions.
- Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
