How you'll make a difference

You'll provide expert consultancy and shape high-impact learning solutions that build capability across regulated and non-regulated teams. Using a design-once, use-many approach, you'll create practical frameworks and pathways aligned to business priorities, regulatory standards and customer outcomes.

Partnering with Operations, Risk, Compliance, QA, Change and L&D, you'll turn complex requirements into clear, scalable learning that improves performance, reduces risk, supports business readiness, accelerates time-to-competence and embeds customer-first and regulatory standards.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Significant experience in regulated learning, operational capability or learning consultancy within CeMAP qualification.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, operational risk and customer journeys, with the ability to translate these into effective capability solutions.
  • Strong consultancy, diagnostic, facilitation and stakeholder influencing skills, with the ability to advise credibly and challenge constructively at senior level.
  • Ability to use insight, performance data and risk information to shape learning solutions, evaluate impact and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience leading complex learning initiatives linked to change, transformation or business readiness.
