Role Overview

As Senior Leasehold Property Manager you will lead, manage and motivate a team of Leasehold professionals to deliver a high-quality, customer-centred leasehold resolution service. You will ensure consistent compliance with legislation, drive continuous improvement, and act as a senior point of escalation for complex leasehold matters.

Key responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

Operational Delivery

  • Oversee the management of complex leaseholder enquiries, complaints, disputes, and escalated cases, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, fire safety regulations, organisational policies, and lease obligations.
  • Monitor team performance against key service standards, driving improvements in response times, resolution outcomes, customer satisfaction, and complaint reduction.
  • Analyse service performance data, customer feedback, complaint trends, and operational risks to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhance service delivery.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex, sensitive, and high-risk leasehold matters, providing expert guidance and support to the team.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal departments, managing agents, legal representatives, contractors, and external stakeholders to facilitate successful case resolution.
  • Represent the organisation at stakeholder meetings, resident forums, tribunals, hearings, and other external proceedings where required.
  • Ensure the team maintains accurate records, robust case management practices, and compliance with governance, regulatory, and audit requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
