About Our Client

Our client has recently established a dedicated vehicle leasing division as part of their successful and well-established group. With ambitious growth plans and a strong foundation already in place, they are now looking for an experienced Senior Leasing Sales Specialist to drive new business, expand their customer base and play a key role in the division's continued success.

This is a genuine opportunity to make your mark within a growing business, helping to shape the future of the leasing division while building your own long term career. With a clear progression path, this is the ideal opportunity for an ambitious sales professional looking to take the next step.

About The Role

Are you a driven business developer with a strong network within the vehicle leasing industry?

Initially, your focus will be on generating new business by utilising your existing industry contacts while identifying and developing new opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of the division while creating a clear pathway into a Head of Leasing role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
