About the job:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our client's team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a full-time position, although candidates seeking a 4-day working week will also be considered. There is a strong possibility that the role could become permanent for the right individual.
Key details:
Location/Office Attendance: Uxbridge (Hybrid - Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office)
Working Pattern: Ideally full-time, but open to 4 days per week for the right candidate.
Duration: Initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with strong possibility of a permanent position.

Start Date: ASAP
Pay: Up to circa £100k full-time salary equivalent.
Equipment: Provided
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading large-scale commercial contracting workstreams from inception through to completion.
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide range of third-party supplier agreements.
- Acting as a first point of contact for contract-related queries across the business.
- Providing highly responsive and commercial advice.

Candidate requirements:
- Previous in-house experience, with procurement and/or supply chain exposure required.
- Food and beverage sector experience is beneficial but not necessary.
- Need to be a confident negotiator with the ability to supervise junior team members.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive, approachable and solutions-oriented, with the ability to work collaboratively across the wider business.
