Senior Legal Counsel (10–12 Month FTC) – London
A high-growth global technology business is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its legal team on a 10–12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave. Operating across 100+ international markets, the business partners with leading global consumer brands and offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The role:
Reporting directly to the Global General Counsel, you'll lead on a broad range of commercial contracts, partnering closely with Sales, Finance and Operations to support business growth. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders and enabling deals to progress.

Key responsibilities:
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Advise stakeholders on legal risk while delivering pragmatic commercial solutions.
- Support revenue-generating teams across an international business.
- Drive improvements to contracting processes and legal operations.
About you:
- Qualified lawyer with 7+ years' PQE.
- Strong commercial contracts experience, ideally gained within technology, SaaS, digital or another fast-paced business.
- Confident managing senior stakeholders and working autonomously.
- Resilient, commercially minded and able to hit the ground running.
- Affiliate marketing experience would be advantageous.
