Senior Commercial Legal Counsel - 6-8 PQE

Our award-winning and market-leading client, renowned for creating a positive and highly attractive working environment and culture, has an opening for a Senior Commercial Legal Counsel.
Reporting directly into the Chief Legal Officer, known for mentoring, developing, and supporting, this is the perfect time to join this dynamic in-house legal team in a key senior role. Working alongside the Senior Corporate Counsel and Legal Counsel, you will act as the lead commercial specialist, delivering a "best-in-class" service across the business.

You will take ownership of commercial law, contract drafting and negotiation, and contract management, ensuring the Group remains legally compliant while effectively mitigating commercial risk. You will also be responsible for rolling out the CLM, from inception through to delivery, continuously building, maintaining, and developing processes, procedures, and uses of technology.
