About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful global digital organisation combining significant international scale with a fast-moving and commercially ambitious culture.
The organisation is looking to appoint a Senior Legal Counsel to take a leading role in negotiating high-value, strategically important commercial contracts. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the successful candidate will advise on complex customer and supplier relationships and support significant commercial initiatives across an international business.
The role offers considerable responsibility, broad commercial exposure and the opportunity to influence important business decisions and the management of legal risk.

Role Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating high-value and complex commercial agreements.
- Advising senior stakeholders on contractual and commercial risk.
- Supporting major customer relationships and new commercial opportunities.
- Advising on agreements involving technology, data, and digital services.
- Coordinating legal input across multiple jurisdictions.
- Supporting the resolution of contractual issues and disputes.
- Helping to develop efficient legal processes, guidance, and ways of working.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with at least five years’ relevant experience gained in private practice, in-house or a combination of the two.

- Substantial experience negotiating complex commercial contracts.
- Comfortable managing demanding matters at pace.
- Experience of international contracting, technology-related agreements, or data protection would be helpful.
This role will suit an assured and commercially minded lawyer who can identify the issues that matter, communicate risk clearly, and work collaboratively with senior stakeholders to reach pragmatic solutions.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills will be essential.
Location
The position is based in London and operates on a hybrid-working basis.
