Experienced Commercial Media & Intellectual Property Lawyer
Role: Senior Commercial Lawyer (Media, IP & Entertainment)
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified solicitor with 6+ years’ post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Specialism: Media, content and commercial law in talent, intellectual property (IP), advertising, distribution, and technology
- Proven track record in Private Practice (PP) and in-house roles, supporting businesses across the sector
Key Responsibilities

Lead legal negotiations and documentation for:
- Talent and creator agreements
- Partnerships with agencies and production entities
- Sponsorship, licensing, and rights arrangements

Advise on critical commercial and legal matters, including:
- Intellectual property (IP) rights and licencing
- Sponsorship and advertising contracts
- Distribution agreements
- Regulatory compliance and consumer protection
