Experienced Commercial Lawyer
Experienced commercial lawyer with 6+ years’ PQE supporting media, content and commercial businesses across talent, intellectual property, advertising, distribution, and technology matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead negotiations and draft agreements involving talent, creators, agencies, and production partners.
- Advise on content rights, intellectual property, licensing, sponsorship, advertising, and distribution arrangements.
- Support commercial contracts, including supplier, technology, marketing, and consumer-facing agreements.
- Provide pragmatic legal advice on regulatory, consumer protection, and commercial risk issues.
- Assist with strategic projects, due diligence, and business transactions.
- Develop legal templates, processes, and guidance to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Promote the effective use of legal technology and AI tools within the legal function.

Experience & Skills:
- Qualified solicitor with 6 years+ PQE with strong experience in commercial, media, entertainment, digital content, and IP matters gained in PP and in-house.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded, solutions-focused, and able to balance legal risk with business objectives.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing complex matters independently.
