The Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Legal Counsel to strengthen our Legal function within Lucanet. This commercial SaaS business requires a senior legal leader who will oversee core corporate law, corporate housekeeping, and deliver hands-on legal support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Own corporate law and governance across Lucanet’s international entity structure, ensuring filings, board対し})

Coordinate entity and registry compliance from delegations and filings to shareholder/governance processes.

Maintain structured, compliant, and dependable records, governance processes, and legal documentation.

Collaborate with external counsel/notaries on jurisdiction-specific corporate legal issues.

Review and coordinate customer contracts, NDAs, and other commercial agreements as needed.

Handle day-to-day legal support via internal ticketing and ad-hoc business queries.

Support due diligence, transactions, and entity-related legal documentation.

Continuously improve legal workflows, standards, and operations.

Serve as a commercial legal partner across Sales, Product, Finance, HR, and functions.

Requirements
Professional Experience & Expertise
- Deep-intensified corporate law, legal operations, and corporate governance experience.
- Experience working internationally, multi-entity, ideally in a high-growth SaaS, tech, or commercial environment.
- German corporate law proficiency (': corporate law compliance and translating German legal frameworks into day-to-day operations).
- Familiarity with commercial legal support (contracts, business-facing matters).
- Hands-on experience coordinating with external counsel, notaries, and multijurisdictional partners.
- Highly structured, attention-to-detail, and reliable approach.
- Ownership mindset—able to manage tasks independently from inception to resolution.
- Hands-on pragmatism—balanced legal accuracy with business pragmatism.
German Legal Qualification (Preferred but not mandatory)
- For Germany role candidates: Fully qualified German jurist (preferably with completed 1+ State Exams; optional: 2nd exam).
- Alternatively, strong commercial/legal experience in domestic practice is equally valuable.
UK Legal Qualification (For roles based in UK)
- Relevant legal qualification (solicitor/bar admission) and commercial/transactional experience.
- Knowledge of German legal frameworks and ability to navigate German-law-driven environments.
Language Requirements
- Fluent German and English required.
