Job Title: Senior French-Qualified Lawyer

An exciting opportunity has opened within a leading international organisation for an experienced In-House Legal Counsel to join its high-performing legal team. This is a pivotal role suited to a senior commercial lawyer who thrives on partnering closely with business teams and handling sophisticated, high-value contracts in a fast-paced global environment.
In this position, you’ll take the lead on negotiating and drafting a broad range of commercial agreements including sales, supply, and concession contracts with a particular focus on matters connected to France. The role calls for strong commercial awareness, confidence working independently, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities across international operations.

- Lead negotiations and draft complex commercial agreements with clients and suppliers
- Provide clear, commercially focused legal advice to operational teams, identifying risks and offering practical solutions
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders and legal colleagues across Europe
- Manage your workload autonomously while meeting evolving deadlines
About You
- French qualified lawyer with at least 7 years’ PQE in a European civil law jurisdiction
- Fluent in both French and English, with proven experience handling France-related legal matters
- Strong background in commercial contract drafting and negotiation
- Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
