Senior Legal Counsel – Investment Manager

12-Phesis Fixed Term Contract

We're working with a well-regarded private markets investment firm to identify an experienced in-house lawyer for a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) role, covering corporate, regulatory advisory, employment, and shareholder matters.

This role is hands-on, varied, and key. The successful candidate will:

  • Own day-to-day legal workflows
  • Oversee the team’s paralegal support
  • Act as a trusted legal advisor spanning the business

Key Requirements

  • 7–8+ years of Post-Qualifying Experience (PQE), with broad in-house legal experience
  • Private markets experience preferred, but suitability open to strong generalists from a broader buy-side background
