We’re strengthening our Legal Practice within the AURELIUS Task Force — a close‑knit team of functional experts who create value across AURELIUS’ private equity portfolio.
As a (Senior) Legal Counsel, you’ll sit at the intersection of law, business, and transformation. You’ll work hands‑on with investment, operations, and management teams to guide portfolio companies through complex commercial, corporate, and restructuring matters — from acquisition to exit. This is a chance to use your legal expertise where it drives measurable business impact.

What you’ll do: Advise across the full investment lifecycle: post‑merger, restructuring, litigation, and corporate governance Design and implement legal standards, policies, and transformation models across the portfolio Oversee external counsel, coordinate legal workflows, and support compliance with group frameworks Contribute to practice development, mentoring junior colleagues and shaping internal legal standards
What you’ll bring: Fully qualified lawyer (or equivalent) with 5+ years’ experience in corporate and commercial law Background in in‑house, private equity, or a leading international law firm Practical, business‑minded approach with the ability to work independently across multiple jurisdictions Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder skills
