Senior Legal Counsel – Media, Podcasts & Talent | London (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
We're recruiting a Senior Legal Counsel for a leading media and entertainment business supporting a fast-growing podcast and digital content division. This is an exciting opportunity to advise on high-profile podcast, presenter and commercial deals, working closely with creative, commercial and leadership teams across a dynamic content business.
The role:
- Lead negotiations on podcast, presenter and production agreements.
- Draft and advise on commercial, sponsorship, advertising, distribution and content licensing agreements.
- Support talent, IP, consumer and regulatory matters.
- Provide pragmatic legal advice to senior stakeholders across the business.
- Help develop legal processes, templates and best practice.

You'll need:
- To be a UK qualified solicitor with around 6+ years' PQE and experience in commercial media, entertainment or digital content law.
- Experience advising on IP, talent, advertising or content distribution.
- A commercial, solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
