Job Description
Our client is a leading global bank and are searching for a lawyer with strong leveraged / acquisition finance experience to join their tight knit legal team.
The successful candidate will be in a legal execution role and sitting with the business, working on deals from origination to close. The team predominantly focus on leveraged and acquisition finance transactions and in this role they are particularly looking for someone with strong TLB experience. This is a great role to move into if you would like to gain commercial exposure and proximity to the business, whilst working on high quality transactions.

Mandatory requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with 4-7 years' PQE* gained in a leading private practice firm or financial services institution
- Significant experience in leveraged finance and acquisition finance transactions, specifically exposure to TLB and Private Credit.
- Time spent as part of an in-house legal team, either during a client secondment or through a permanent position would be advantageous.
