The Opportunity

Are you a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys working close to the business and making a real impact?

In this London-based role, you will serve as the primary legal advisor to our Tech Services business across the UK, EMEA, and Australia, supporting a fast-evolving environment across virtual advertising, LED sales and operations, media rights, and acquisitions.

You’ll take the lead on key global areas, including:

  • Intellectual property
  • AI governance
  • Data privacy
  • Information security

You’ll also support procurement, corporate, and company secretarial work across the UK and EU. Your role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams—from Commercial and Product to Operations and Engineering—ensuring you balance strategic input with hands-on delivery in a dynamic, international setting.

Your Mission

  • Lead legal support for Tech Services: Act as the primary legal advisor across the UK, EMEA, and Australia, supporting virtual advertising, LED operations, and media rights activity. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology agreements, while advising on multi-jurisdictional legal and regulatory matters.
  • Partner across the business: Work closely with Commercial, Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to support the development, commercialisation, and protection of TGI Sport’s technology. Balance legal risk with business delivery, enabling teams to move swiftly while protecting the group’s interests.
  • Own IP and AI governance: Lead the management of the group’s IP portfolio (patents, trademarks, copyright) and act as the global legal lead for AI governance. Develop frameworks and provide guidance on AI-related legal and regulatory risks, including AI-generated content and workflows.
  • Lead privacy and data protection: Serve as a key advisor on privacy, data protection, and information security, including GDPR compliance. Support audits, DPIAs, policy development, and incident response to strengthen compliance and resilience.
  • Support procurement, corporate, and governance: Provide legal support on supplier contracts, procurement processes, and corporate matters, including transactions, entity management, and governance initiatives across the group.
  • Drive legal excellence: Deliver pragmatic, commercially sound advice while identifying and mitigating risk. Improve legal processes, templates, and policies, deliver training across key compliance areas, leverage legal tech, manage external counsel, and support junior team members.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
