Probate Senior Legal Executive
Bristol (Hybrid or Remote)
This is a newly created role for an experienced Probate fee-earner to join an exciting company that specialises in complex estate administration due to an increase in quality referrals.
You can be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or qualified by experience.
Role Overview
As a Senior Legal Executive, you will manage a caseload of approximately 40 complex estate files, including:
- Taxable estates
- Trusts
- Foreign estates
- Agricultural matters
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end administration of complex taxable estate files
- Progress cases through grants, accounts, and estate closure
- Communicate with clients and professional partners via phone and email
- Draft estate accounts and ensure compliance with internal systems
- Mentor and support junior team members

Requirements
- 5+ years’ probate and estate administration experience
- Experience with complex or high-net-worth estates
- STEP/TEP qualified or working towards qualification via STEP
- Solicitor or CILEX qualification or highly experienced
